– To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, ensuring it is in the same condition as when received.
– Please note that certain products, such as intimate wear or items marked as non-returnable or final sale, are exempt from this return policy.
2. Return Procedure:

– As the customer, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the product.
