love the high waist shaping short. it snatches the waist and smoothes out the love handles perfectly. i wear it for long durations regularly for work, pretty comfortable. Most other shapewear i have tried are hard to put on and remove. But this short is very easy to get in and out of, which is a big plus for me. it stretches well and and snatches well. overall a pleassant experience and can recommend to others
